BLACKPINK to receive honor at Korean Popular Culture and Arts Awards

K-pop group BLACKPINK is set to receive a prestigious group honor at the 17th Korean Popular Culture and Arts Awards in Seoul on October 29. The award recognizes the quartet's significant contributions to Korean popular culture and their global influence on the music industry.

Despite the announcement, a full group reunion on stage appears unlikely. Due to conflicting individual schedules as members Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa pursue solo projects, the group is not expected to attend the ceremony in person. Instead, they are reportedly preparing pre-recorded acceptance videos to express their gratitude for the accolade.
