BlackRock announced two new senior hiring opportunities in the United States. The firm seeks a Vice President of Fund Oversight for its Philadelphia/Delaware location, tasked with overseeing outsourced functions, reviewing service‑provider performance, assessing risk and efficiency, and preparing reporting for internal stakeholders and fund governance bodies. Applicants need 5+ years of legal‑operations or project‑management experience, strong analytical skills and proficiency with legal‑technology tools. The role offers a salary range of $95,000‑$127,500, a discretionary bonus, comprehensive benefits and a hybrid work model requiring at least four days in the office each week.
