BlackRock announces new hires in wealth‑tech and legal divisions

BlackRock is recruiting for two senior positions. The first is an Associate in Aladdin Wealth Tech, responsible for leading client implementations, building technical analyses, and shaping product capabilities for wealth‑management clients. Candidates should have 3‑6 years of experience in technology and financial analytics, strong communication skills, and familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, R, SQL, or Unix.

The second opening is a Senior Legal Counsel in the Digital Enterprise Data Architecture Legal group. The role advises on complex data, index, and technology partnership agreements, leads licensing negotiations, and supports product development across the firm. Applicants need at least seven years of commercial transactions experience, preferably in financial services or fintech, and must be qualified to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
