Blackwater Bossing rally past Phoenix 106-100 in PBA Governors' Cup

Import forward Kentrell Barkley led Blackwater Bossing with 34 points and 16 rebounds while Sedrick Barefield added 26 as the team erased a 15‑point deficit to defeat Phoenix 106‑100 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on August 5. The comeback win snapped Blackwater's three‑game losing streak and moved the Bossing to a 3‑3 record, tying them for third place in Group B of the PBA Governors' Cup.

Phoenix's import BJ Johnson scored a game‑high 45 points, but his efforts were not enough. Coach Patrick Aquino praised the bench contributions that helped secure the victory.
