Blade restaurant launches limited‑edition Black Angus Specials in Lisbon

Blade, a Lisbon restaurant that opened in September 2025, has introduced a new menu concept called Specials. The first edition features two Black Angus cuts – Maminha and Alcatra – offered at €15 each and available only for a limited time each day. The restaurant aims to keep the menu rotating, giving customers a fresh reason to return and discover different cuts and origins.

Product manager Gonçalo Santos explained that the two cuts were chosen to showcase the intense flavor and tender texture of Black Angus beef, while marketing director José Maria Jorge said the Specials are meant to provide a dynamic, high‑quality meat experience. The restaurant is located at Praça Dom Luís I 30, 1200‑109 Lisbon, Portugal, and serves the specials daily from noon to midnight.
