Bosnia and Herzegovina police execute Operation Pantera drug raid

Law enforcement agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina have executed a large-scale operation codenamed “Pantera” to combat the unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotics. The operation, conducted under the supervision of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office and involving the Intelligence-Security Agency (OSA), spanned three cantons: Sarajevo, Herzegovina-Neretva, and Tuzla.

During the raids, authorities discovered a cannabis plantation near Borci, Konjic, containing approximately 400 plants along with logistical equipment used for illegal cultivation. In property searches, police seized roughly 25 kilograms of substances suspected to be speed, hashish, and marijuana, as well as over 45 kilograms of mixing agents used to increase drug volume.

Additional items confiscated include two handguns with ammunition, a Mercedes G-Class vehicle, and approximately 70,000 Bosnian marks in various currencies (EUR, BAM, USD, and CHF). Four individuals were arrested: Samedin Fišić from Konjic, Semir Dučić from Sarajevo, Ivan Majić, a Croatian citizen, and Jelena Hribar-Hadžić from Tuzla. Fišić also faces charges for the illegal possession of weapons or explosive materials.
