Actress Blake Lively has ended her professional relationship with longtime publicist Leslie Sloane after more than two decades of collaboration. Sloane, who represented Lively since her 'Gossip Girl' era, is widely credited with helping build the actress's Hollywood career and followed her to the launch of Sloane's firm, Vision PR, in 2014.

The decision follows a protracted 18-month legal battle between Lively and her 'It Ends With Us' co-star Justin Baldoni. The dispute involved mutual allegations, including sexual harassment claims by Lively and a $400 million defamation lawsuit filed by Baldoni. Baldoni had specifically accused Sloane and her firm of orchestrating a smear campaign against him.

While a federal judge dismissed several claims in 2025 and 2026, the legal conflict concluded with an out-of-court settlement in May 2026. The legal proceedings reportedly cost both parties a combined $60 million in fees.
