Blake Tomlinson wins 100th Utah Open golf tournament

Blake Tomlinson, a former University of Utah golfer, won the 100th Larry H. Miller Utah Open held at the Riverside Country Club in Provo. Tomlinson secured the $25,000 first-place prize after shooting a 5-under 67 in the final round to maintain his two-stroke lead.

This victory marks Tomlinson’s second Utah Open title, having previously won the event in 2022. The tournament featured a leaderboard dominated by Utah-born golfers, many of whom played for local collegiate programs. Former BYU golfers Cole Ponich and Rhett Rasmussen tied for second place, each earning $13,500. Salt Lake City professional John Fox finished in solo fourth place.
