Blanco Metro home staging firm and Argentine TV host showcase interior design trends online

Blanco Metro, a home‑staging studio founded by Irene Echevarría in Pamplona, Spain, has built a large online following of more than 75,000 across Instagram, YouTube and a newsletter. The company prepares properties for sale or rent by combining interior design, photography and marketing, claiming to accelerate transactions without major renovations. Since its launch in 2018, Blanco Metro has staged over a hundred homes, runs an academy and a network of professionals throughout Spain’s autonomous communities.

In Argentina, television presenter Ingrid Grudke posted a tour of her living‑room on Instagram. The space features a modern, minimalist aesthetic with a double sofa, floor‑to‑ceiling windows offering a panoramic city and river view, neutral colours, wooden flooring and complementary red armchairs. The post attracted widespread praise from followers for its bright, functional design.
