trail running UTMB GR20 record La Mascareignes ultramarathon

Blandine L’Hirondel has won the UTMB 2026 with a time of 21:54:49, despite facing physical challenges during her preparation. The two-time world champion is now set to compete in the Mascareignes race in Réunion.

L’Hirondel has stated that her participation in the 74 km Mascareignes race is a personal tribute to Lola, the child of close friends in Réunion who supported her during her early years in the region.
