Blanncourt Station cattle property offered for sale

Blanncourt Station, an 18,859 hectare cattle property located 44km west of Georgetown on the Gulf Development Road, is being offered for sale. The property includes 2,570 mixed cattle, consisting of 1,417 breeders and approximately 550 branded calves at foot.

The station has a proven carrying capacity of 2,200 breeders plus replacement heifers, or 3,000 adult cattle equivalents. The land features a mix of cleared and farming country along a 12km frontage to the Gilbert River, including undulating gravel ridges and low hills.

Infrastructure and resources include approximately 1,000 hectares of cleared country, 100 hectares of leucaena, and 40 hectares of established hay paddocks. The property has capacity to store 2,000 tonnes of silage and is serviced by two sets of equipped steel cattle yards. Water security is provided by six bores, 18 dams, and permanent or semi-permanent waterholes in creeks and the Gilbert River.
