Bleach anime final arc “The Calamity” slated for July 25 release

VIZ Media announced that the concluding installment of the BLEACH: Thousand‑Year Blood War series, titled “The Calamity,” will debut on July 25. In the United States the episodes will be streamed exclusively on Hulu, while Disney+ will carry the show in selected international territories. The arc continues the adaptation of Tite Kubo’s manga, depicting Ichigo Kurosaki’s battle against the Quincy threat and the destabilisation of all three realms.

The production is handled by Pierrot Films with Tomohisa Taguchi directing (sharing series‑composition duties with Masaki Hiramatsu) and Shiro Sagisu returning as composer. Kubo retains direct creative oversight for the final storyline.

The announcement positions the release as a major milestone for the long‑running franchise, which has expanded across television, film, games and merchandise worldwide.
