Bleach: The Calamity anime set for July 2026 TV debut and theater run
The fourth part of the Bleach anime, titled The Calamity, is slated for a Japanese television premiere on July 25, 2026, with a theatrical preview beginning on June 25, 2026. Produced by Studio Pierrot, the season is directed by Tomohisa Taguchi, scripted by Hikaru Murata and Masaki Hiramatsu, with character designs by Masashi Kudo and music composed by Shiro Sagisu. The opening theme "I‑BULL" is performed by jo0ji and the ending "Rasen" by 9Lana. The series will also be available for streaming on Disney+ in selected regions.
The imminent launch has rekindled speculation about a new Bleach storyline. A 2021 one‑shot manga, "Bleach: No Breaths From Hell," introduced a cliffhanger that fans believe could lead to a sequel, and online leakers suggest creator Tite Kubo may continue the saga after The Calamity concludes. The upcoming release was also highlighted in Japanese video‑game rankings reports released in early June.
