Blies Festival returns to Ludwigshafen with sold-out house music event

The Blies Festival has successfully returned to Ludwigshafen under the direction of TILT Events. The inaugural event under this new management was sold out, featuring 19 musical acts across two stages, including international artists such as Priku, Fletch, Nick Curly, Dan Ghenacia, Octo Octa, and Fabe.

The organizers implemented a sound measurement concept to minimize noise disturbance, resulting in no formal complaints from local residents. To foster community relations, TILT Events provided free tickets to neighbors and organized a charity initiative where donations to the Ludwigshafen animal shelter secured guest list spots.

Despite the successful turnout, organizers noted that high fixed costs meant the premiere only achieved a break-even point. Sebastian Aab of TILT Events credited the festival's financial viability to support from BASF, as well as city and state funding, which allowed for affordable ticket prices.
