Blind Descent set for Early Access on December 2

The sci-fi survival game Blind Descent is scheduled to enter Early Access on December 2, 2026. Developed by Pokuch and published by META Publishing, the title will be available on Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store.

Set on Mars, the game follows players who must survive after a failed rescue mission at a Martian excavation site. Players face a mysterious infection that can trigger mutations. They must choose between embracing symbiosis with alien organisms to unlock abilities like telekinesis or remaining pure to utilize new technological advancements.

The gameplay emphasizes adaptation within a reactive underground ecosystem. Players can engage in solo play or cooperative modes with up to three other players. Survival mechanics include resource gathering, crafting, and using an AI assistant to analyze alien flora and fauna to better understand and navigate the environment.
