Blind Illusion to release live album ‘Stage Flight: Live At The UC Theatre’

Progressive thrash metal band Blind Illusion has announced the release of a new live album titled ‘Stage Flight: Live At The UC Theatre’. Scheduled for release on October 16, 2026, through Hectic Records and Bleeding Priest Records, the album captures a 2025 performance at the UC Theatre in Berkeley, California.

The recording features original vocalist David White and was performed during a celebration of Exodus’ 40th anniversary of ‘Bonded By Blood’. The band, led by Mark Biedermann, currently includes Phil Cosentini, Avery Thurman, and Martin Lacour.

Blind Illusion, established in 1978, is noted for its landmark 1988 debut ‘The Sane Asylum’, which featured contributions from musicians such as Les Claypool and Larry Lalonde.
