Travis Barker confirms new Blink-182 album and discusses advice to son

Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has shared several personal and professional updates, including the confirmation that the band is working on a follow-up to their 2023 album, ‘One More Time…’, with recording planned for 2026.

Barker also discussed his advice to his son, musician Landon Barker, regarding an offer to appear on the singing competition ‘The Voice’. Barker encouraged his son to decline the opportunity, telling him, “Dude, you’re way too cool for that,” and advising him to stay true to his musical idols and authentic path rather than rushing his career.

Reflecting on his own history, Barker noted that while he has appeared on ‘American Idol’, his experience as a drummer is different from that of a lead vocalist. He also touched upon his personal life, mentioning his marriage to Kourtney Kardashian and the importance of resolving disagreements before sleep to maintain their connection.
