The Tisza-led government in Hungary is implementing several major policy shifts and administrative changes. Prime Minister Péter Magyar met with President András Baka at the Sándor Palace to coordinate foreign policy and upcoming diplomatic activities, including the UN General Assembly in New York.

Minister Bálint Ruff has announced plans to introduce a wealth tax on incomes exceeding one billion forints and to reconsider the KATA taxation model.
