Blissfulbreeze declared insolvent for Cristina Ferreira brands

Blissfulbreeze, the company responsible for the e-commerce operations of fashion brands Cristina, Love Cristina, and Daily Cristina, has been declared insolvent by the Vila Nova de Gaia Commercial Court. The insolvency was decreed on August 11, and the company is expected to proceed toward liquidation.

While the insolvency affects the business structure managing the online sales, it does not constitute a personal insolvency for presenter Cristina Ferreira. The brands themselves are not directly declared insolvent, though the current digital operation may be transferred to a new corporate structure or a different operator to ensure continuity.

As of early September, the online store remained operational and accessible to customers, featuring promotional campaigns with discounts of up to 80%. The legal process will now focus on clarifying the company's financial situation, including identifying creditors, responsibilities, and the distribution of assets.
