Speculation surrounding the event includes potential updates for World of Warcraft, such as previews for the expansion ‘The Last Titan’ and updates regarding the ‘Midnight’ season. There is also significant anticipation regarding the StarCraft franchise, which has remained largely dormant since the conclusion of StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void.

Blizzard President Johanna Faries recently noted internally that the Warcraft division has become a top-performing unit within Xbox, surpassing other major franchises. The event will offer Twitch Drops for remote viewers to engage with various Blizzard franchises.
