Blizzard launches Diablo 4 third‑anniversary event with free cosmetics, double XP and Goblin spawns

Blizzard announced a Diablo 4 third‑anniversary celebration scheduled for early June. The event runs from June 1 through June 9 and offers a series of daily free premium‑level cosmetics: a Blood Raven’s Talon sword skin on June 1, a King Kanai’s Last Stand shield on June 2, a Nangari Wounder dagger on June 3, an Overlord’s Odium axe on June 4 and Flamefinger’s Claws glaive on June 5. In addition, a “Mother’s Blessing” experience multiplier doubles XP across seasonal and Eternal realms for the duration, and the “March of the Goblins” activity returns with increased treasure‑goblin spawns and a reputation board for bonus rewards.

The celebration marks three years since Diablo 4’s launch in June 2023 and coincides with the recent Lord of Hatred expansion released in April 2026, which added new Paladin and Warlock classes, a revamped itemization system and other major changes. Blizzard frames the event as a low‑barrier opportunity for lapsed players to return, offering permanent, account‑wide cosmetics and a chance to experience the latest game state without a large time commitment.
