Blizzard lifts mythic item limit in Diablo 4 hotfix as Grim Dawn announces huge expansion

Blizzard released hotfix 3.1.1 for Diablo 4, removing the "one‑crafted Mythic" restriction so players can equip multiple mythic items simultaneously. The update also raised drop rates for mythic and iconic uniques, eliminated unintended mythology additions to charms and seals, and outlined plans for Season 15, including a direct upgrade path that preserves the original unique item.

Meanwhile, Crate Entertainment is preparing a major expansion for Grim Dawn titled "Fangs of Asterkarn," slated for release on 23 July 2026. The DLC will add over 6 km² of new territory, introduce an "Ascendant Game Mode" that raises campaign difficulty, and expand the story with new areas in the Asterkarn region.
