The Hemocentro of Brasília held a mobile blood‑collection event on Tuesday, March 28, in Ceilândia’s Casa da Mulher Brasileira from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., accepting scheduled and walk‑in donors aged 16‑69 who meet standard weight and health criteria.

In Cruzeiro do Sul, the local Diocese partnered with the municipal Hemonúcleo to start a blood‑donation campaign tied to the Festa da Padroeira 2026, under the theme “A fé se faz em gestos”. Organizers say a single donation can help up to four patients and invited residents to donate at the Hemonúcleo on Avenida Joaquim Távora.

Candiota inaugurated its first Hemocentro collection point on March 31, aiming to gather 50 blood bags—25 in the morning and 25 in the afternoon. The project received R$ 100,000 from the state government through the “Amigos do Hemocentro” program, with staff training supported by the Hemocentro of Pelotas, which will also transport the collected bags to Pelotas.
