Blood Red Shoes release new album 'Stay Lonely' with singles 'Useless Sentiment' and 'Don’t Say A Word

British indie‑rock duo Blood Red Shoes have issued two new tracks, “Useless Sentiment” and “Don’t Say A Word”, from their forthcoming album Stay Lonely. The songs were written, recorded, mixed and the artwork created entirely by the band, reflecting a fully self‑produced effort. “Useless Sentiment” was the last track completed for the album, while “Don’t Say A Word” is described by the duo as possibly their most romantic song yet, featuring a custom drum loop inspired by Björk and Led Zeppelin.

Stay Lonely is scheduled for release on 18 September through V2 Records and marks the first full‑length album since 2022’s Ghost On Tape. The band will support the record with a small European tour presented by VISIONS, with dates announced in cities such as Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg and Cologne. The album is now available for pre‑order on the band’s website.
