An autopsy report from the Cook County medical examiner’s office has revealed that Chicago rapper Bloodhound Q50, born Mikquale T. Cooper, was struck five times during a fatal ambush on September 13.

The 22-year-old was killed while sitting in his white Tesla at a BP gas station on South Wentworth Avenue. The report indicates he sustained gunshot wounds to his head, neck, back, and left shoulder. Toxicology results showed the presence of opioids, cannabis, and a benzodiazepine in his system.

Investigators recovered approximately 50 shell casings from the scene, consisting of both rifle and 9mm handgun rounds. Surveillance footage and police reports suggest six gunmen were involved in the attack, which occurred around 4 a.m. The assailants reportedly arrived in multiple vehicles, including a black Infiniti and a Honda Accord, before fleeing the scene.
