Bloodhound Q50 killed in Chicago gas station ambush
Drill rapper Bloodhound Q50, born Mikquale T. Cooper, was shot and killed in an ambush at a Chicago gas station early Sunday morning. Surveillance footage shows the 22-year-old leaving a convenience store in the Fuller Park neighborhood before gunmen approached his white Tesla and opened fire.
Witnesses reported hearing a massive volume of gunfire, with one individual stating they thought they heard over 100 shots. A passenger in the vehicle claimed that a safety feature prevented the car from driving away immediately during the attack.
Cooper, who had over a million monthly listeners on Spotify, had previously acknowledged the risks associated with his lifestyle in a recent video interview. His death follows the recent killings of several associates, including Bloodhound Lil Jeff and Lil Scoom.
