Bloom Energy donates $10,000 to Central Texas public safety
Bloom Energy has donated $10,000 to the Central Texas Public Safety Commission, a nonprofit organization that provides support for police, fire, and EMS departments throughout the Central Texas region. The contribution is intended to fund critical needs such as equipment, training, wellness programs, and community initiatives that fall outside standard operating budgets.
The donation was presented during a visit to Austin Fire Department Station #3, which serves the University of Texas and surrounding neighborhoods. This outreach coincided with Bloom Energy’s participation in ESPN Radio’s College Football Campus Tour in Austin. While the company engaged in community and promotional activities, its stock (BE) saw a decline of 1.49% to $218.01 in Friday’s after-hours trading.
