Bloom Energy shares jump as Brookfield expands $25 billion AI power partnership

Bloom Energy’s stock rallied more than 234% year‑to‑date, climbing from $90.57 on Jan. 2 to $302.70 at the end of June. A $5,000 investment at the start of the year would be worth roughly $16,700, boosted by strong revenue growth and a shift to profitability in Q1 2026.

Brookfield Asset Management deepened its alliance with Bloom, raising its commitment from $5 billion to $25 billion to fund AI‑driven fuel‑cell projects. Institutional investors continued to add positions, with Cvfg LLC buying 74,645 shares valued at about $10.1 million in Q1. Bloom plans to release its second‑quarter 2026 results on July 28, and analysts note the stock’s volatility may invite both entry points and profit‑taking.
