Bloom Energy shares rise on analyst upgrades, institutional buying

Bloom Energy Corporation's stock climbed about 5.1% intraday, hitting $349.99 before settling around $345.65, after previously closing at $328.91. The company reported fourth‑quarter earnings of $0.44 per share, beating expectations by $0.32, and revenue of $751.05 million, up 130% year over year.

Equity analysts raised their price targets, with Mizuho setting $285, Barclays $254, JPMorgan $267 and Zacks moving the rating to strong‑buy. Institutional investors added new positions, including World Investment Advisors' purchase of roughly 12,800 shares valued at $1.1 million and several other funds increasing stakes. At the same time, insiders sold shares totaling over 45,000 shares, including Satish Chitoor's 20,000‑share sale and director Mary K. Bush's 25,000‑share sale.
