Bloom Trading Bot pauses services after $954,000 Solana drain
Bloom Trading, a Telegram-based automated trading bot, has temporarily paused several services following a security incident on October 26, 2026. The platform is investigating a wave of wallet drains that resulted in the loss of approximately 9,408 SOL, valued at roughly $954,000.
Blockchain investigators identified that the attack targeted approximately 49 wallets belonging to nine users. The losses varied among victims, with some reporting individual losses of $80,000 and others losing as much as 1,636 SOL, worth about $166,000. The outflows were reportedly traced to a single suspected drainer address.
Because Bloom Trading operates with a custodial design—generating and holding private keys for its users—the incident has raised concerns regarding the security of its infrastructure. The company is currently investigating a possible third-party compromise and has committed to fully reimbursing the nine confirmed affected users by transferring funds to new, secure wallets.
