Blossom Rock community to host home tours in Arizona

Blossom Rock, a master-planned community in Apache Junction, Arizona, will host its ‘Escape & Explore Home Tour’ on August 29 and 30. The event allows prospective homebuyers to tour 32 model homes provided by eight different builders, including Lennar, Meritage Homes, Shea Homes, and Pulte Homes.

Home prices within the community range from the mid-$300,000s to $1.1 million. The development, located in Superstition Vistas near the Superstition Mountains, features various amenities such as parks, trails, and recreational spaces.

According to RCLCO Real Estate Consulting, Blossom Rock was ranked as the third best-selling master-planned community in Arizona and the 28th best-selling in the United States at midyear. The community has recorded 304 home sales so far this year, exceeding its total sales from 2025.
