Bílovec opens first animal cemetery in the Moravian-Silesian Region

The first animal cemetery in the Moravian-Silesian Region has opened in Bílovec. The facility, managed by the municipal technical services company Slubmi, currently offers 120 burial plots with plans for future expansion.

Veterinary regulations at the site allow for the interment of ashes in urns for animals weighing up to 50 kilograms, including dogs, cats, and birds. The cemetery aims to meet a growing demand from pet owners seeking dignified burial options for their companions.
