Globant launches Glob. AI platform to reshape enterprise tech services
Globant announced the launch of Glob. AI, an AI‑native technology‑services platform that lets companies self‑service enterprise‑grade AI solutions. The offering is built around “AI Pods,” service units that combine specialized AI agents with human expert supervision. Customers can access the Pods through a single online marketplace, deploy them instantly, and are billed only for validated outputs or actual consumption, eliminating traditional hour‑based consulting fees.
CEO and co‑founder Martín Migoya said the model aims to curb token waste and reduce rework by charging for results rather than usage of AI models. The platform promises at least a 30 % productivity gain over conventional engineer‑plus‑AI approaches and includes deterministic, repeatable processes, full AI governance, and compliance features. Globant positions Glob. AI as a response to growing AI adoption forecasts, such as Gartner’s projection that over 33 % of enterprise applications will embed AI agents by 2028.
