Blue Gray National Tennis Classic to feature Iowa State and Mississippi State

The Blue Gray National Tennis Classic is scheduled to take place from October 2 to October 4 at the Lagoon Park Tennis Center in Montgomery, Alabama. The tournament features a unique team format where athletes compete in a bracketed structure involving doubles and singles matches.

Iowa State will be represented by Julia Camblor, Alicia Dale, Suzanie Pretorius, and Stanislava Shulzhenko. Shulzhenko, a previous doubles champion at the event, returns to defend her title. Mississippi State will enter the tournament with Lauren Seye and Mia Robinson. The two universities will combine to form a four-player team for the competition, with their opening match scheduled against Utah.
