Blue Impulse scheduled for multiple 2026 air demonstrations

The Japan Air Self-Defense Force's aerobatic team, Blue Impulse, is scheduled to perform demonstration flights at upcoming aviation events in 2026.

In Hokkaido, the Chitose City Air Festival 2026 will take place at Chitose Air Base on September 6. The Blue Impulse flight is scheduled for 1:10 PM to 1:50 PM, with a potential rehearsal flight on September 5. The festival will also feature various aircraft, including F-15, F-2, and F-35A models, along with ground displays and fan services.

In Saitama Prefecture, Blue Impulse is announced to perform at the Konosu Fireworks Festival on October 10, 2026. The flight is expected to begin at 4:00 PM, preceding the fireworks display at 5:30 PM. Additionally, the team is expected to appear at the Iruma Air Base Air Festival on November 3, 2026.
