Blue Moon Metals signs $175M deal for Nevada tungsten complex

Blue Moon Metals Inc., The Elmet Group, and EQ Resources have signed a binding framework agreement for a multi-part transaction involving the Springer tungsten complex in Nevada. The deal is valued at approximately $150 million, with a potential reserve of an additional $25 million.

The agreement is structured to address several developmental bottlenecks by combining equity, commodity-linked pre-financing, an industrial operator, and established off-take channels. It also includes support for APT processing and involves the U.S. Department of Defense, aiming to establish the Springer complex as a central hub for a new American tungsten supply chain.
