Bluesound launches redesigned PULSE SUB wireless subwoofer

Bluesound has launched the PULSE SUB, a redesigned wireless powered subwoofer featuring 350W of amplification. The device utilizes dual-opposing 6.5-inch woofers and Smart DSP technology to deliver deep, controlled low-frequency performance while reducing cabinet vibration and resonance.

According to the manufacturer, the new model provides 2.5 times more power than the previous generation. It is designed to integrate seamlessly with the BluOS ecosystem, allowing users to manage volume, crossover frequency, and phase settings via the BluOS Controller app. The subwoofer is compatible with various Bluesound products, including the PULSE CINEMA, PULSE CINEMA MINI, POWERNODE, PULSE M, and PULSE FLEX.

For non-BluOS systems, the unit includes a low-level analogue input to function as a wired active subwoofer. The hardware also features Wi-Fi, an RJ45 Ethernet connection, and a compact footprint designed for modern living spaces.
