Blumenau prepares for Oktoberfest with new logistics and brewery openings

Blumenau is preparing for the Oktoberfest with new logistical measures and cultural expansions. To manage tourism, a specific parking area for buses and vans has been designated on Rua Humberto Campos, between the end of the street and Rua Londrina, to ensure organized access and traffic safety during the festival.

In a significant addition to the city's German heritage, the world-renowned Hofbräuhaus has opened a new brewpub in the Biergarten of Praça Hercílio Luz. The facility operates as a brewpub, producing beer on-site following the Reinheitsgebot (German Beer Purity Law) and serving it directly from tanks to customers.

The Oktoberfest pavilions have also introduced new themed decorations inspired by Munich's traditions. The event features various sectors, including Pavilhão 1, which focuses on music and traditional hunting and shooting club games, and Pavilhão 2, the Spaten Festbier area, which centers on brewery elements and the ritual of toasting.
