Bluvacanze Group earns Top Employer 2026 certification

Bluvacanze Group has received the Top Employer 2026 certification in Italy, an international recognition awarded by the Top Employers Institute. The certification follows an independent audit of the company’s human resources practices across six strategic areas: People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing.

The recognition aligns with the Group’s 2025 Sustainability Report and ESG objectives. Key achievements noted include a 52% increase in training hours compared to 2024, the enhancement of corporate welfare systems, and dedicated inclusion and people-caring projects.

CEO Domenico Pellegrino stated that the certification serves as a benchmark to measure progress and identify areas for improvement, noting that the people strategy is closely linked to the Group’s growth. Moving forward, the company plans to define a formal Employee Value Proposition, consolidate its People and Career Strategy, and launch a structured wellbeing plan for employees.
