B&M rolls out ultra‑cheap bathroom storage items in UK stores

British discount retailer B&M has introduced two low‑price bathroom storage solutions across its more than 600 UK outlets. One is a woven storage basket sold for £14 that resembles John Lewis’s £90 Bulrush Double Laundry Basket but is smaller (36×18.5 × 32 cm) and made from a different material. The other is the Coberg Narrow Bathroom Shelf, priced at £6 after a 50 % discount from £12. The compact unit measures 18 × 18 × 76 cm, includes an integrated toilet‑roll holder and two additional shelves, and is offered in white or dark oak.

Both products are available for in‑store collection only; home delivery is not offered. B&M’s marketing describes the items as “stylish and functional” options to help shoppers keep bathrooms tidy without spending much.

The launch highlights B&M’s focus on affordable home‑ware and its strategy of providing budget‑friendly alternatives to higher‑priced designer goods.
