BM Windows launches LEED Gold façade factory in Chauduc, Vietnam
BM Windows inaugurated a 100,000 m² façade manufacturing plant in Chauduc, Vietnam, certified to LEED Gold standards. The facility is designed for an annual output of 2.2 million m² of aluminium‑glass façade modules, positioning it as a strategic hub for the company’s global supply chain.
Located in the Sonadezi industrial park, the plant sits near deep‑water ports Cái Mép and Cát Lái and Long Thành International Airport, shortening logistics to export markets such as North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan (China) and the Middle East. The factory uses German‑sourced Elumatec production lines, SAP‑based ERP and Elusoft software, and extensive automation to boost productivity, precision and quality control. Founder and chairman Nguyễn Bá Dương said the site will become a central technology and solution centre for iconic construction projects both in Vietnam and abroad, expanding the presence of "Made in Vietnam" façade products worldwide.
