BM Windows recruits 300 staff for new Chau Duc factory

BM Windows is recruiting approximately 300 employees for its new factory in Chau Duc. The recruitment drive focuses on 250 production staff for assembly, packaging, and warehouse duties, alongside 50 personnel for machine operation, mechanical processing, and CNC control.

Average monthly income for these positions is expected to range between 12 million and 20 million VND. This includes a base salary of 6-8 million VND, fixed allowances of 1-3 million VND, and monthly performance bonuses of 1-5 million VND. Additional benefits include holiday bonuses, a 13th-month salary, and provided meals.

The Chau Duc facility is the company’s fourth factory and its largest, covering 100,000 square meters with a design capacity of 2.2 million square meters of façade per year. Developed to LEED Gold standards and utilizing German Elumatec equipment, the plant aims to become a leading façade production hub in Southeast Asia. With this addition, BM Windows operates four factories nationwide, bringing its total production capacity to approximately 2 million square meters of façade annually.
