BMW Motorrad launches limited R 12 nineT Tracker Edition in Korea

BMW Motorrad has announced the release of the BMW R 12 nineT Tracker Edition, a special edition motorcycle available in a limited run of only 10 units in South Korea. Sales are conducted exclusively through the BMW Motorrad Shop online starting October 20.

The edition is based on the R 12 nineT Blackstorm Metallic heritage roadster and incorporates ‘The Tracker’ genuine accessory package. The design is inspired by American flat track racing, featuring a short rear end, race number panels, a cockpit fairing, and a specialized three-piece decal set in light white, sun yellow, and midnight black.

Mechanically, the motorcycle is powered by a 1,170cc air/oil-cooled two-cylinder boxer engine producing 109 horsepower and 11.7 kg·m of torque. It includes three riding modes—Rain, Road, and Dynamic—and is equipped with ‘Shift Assistant Pro’ for clutchless gear changes. The retail price is set at 32.2 million KRW, including VAT. The model will make its first public appearance at the BMW Motorrad Days 2026 event at the BMW Driving Center in Yeongjongdo, Incheon, on October 24.
