BMW Motorrad to unveil F 450 R roadster on October 1

BMW Motorrad is expected to unveil a new entry-level roadster, likely named the F 450 R, on October 1. The announcement follows the release of the F 450 GS adventure bike and aims to build momentum ahead of the EICMA motorcycle show in November.

While official details are pending, technical indicators suggest the motorcycle will utilize the 420cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine found in the GS model, producing approximately 48 hp and 43 Nm of torque. The design is anticipated to feature a steel trellis frame, 17-inch wheels, and road-oriented suspension geometry with shorter travel than its adventure counterpart.
