BMW unveils F 450 RR supersport motorcycle

BMW Motorrad has introduced the F 450 RR, a new supersport motorcycle designed for the A2 license category. Following the release of the F 450 GS adventure model and the F 450 R naked model, this third addition to the F 450 family features a 420cc parallel-twin engine producing 48 hp and 43 Nm of torque.

The motorcycle is engineered for both road and track use, featuring a lightweight chassis and a curb weight of 177 kg. Its design language draws inspiration from the flagship S 1000 RR, incorporating aerodynamic winglets, an aggressive stance, and LED lighting.

Technical specifications include KYB suspension, Brembo front brakes, and BMW Motorrad ABS Pro. The bike will be available in four equipment levels: Base, Sport, M Sport, and M Sport Innovation Package. Higher trims include the Shift Assistant Pro for clutchless gear changes and the Easy Ride Clutch (ERC) option to enhance urban riding comfort.
