BNB Chain smart contract deployments nearly triple in Q3

BNB Chain reported a significant increase in network activity during the third quarter of 2026, with smart contract deployments rising to 12.3 million. This represents an approximately 173 percent increase from the 4.5 million deployments recorded in Q2.

Despite the surge in deployments, the network saw a decline in user breadth. Average daily active addresses fell by 14 percent to 2.10 million, and new daily addresses decreased by 27 percent. However, transaction volume grew by 7.5 percent to 1.51 billion.

Financial performance saw notable growth, with network revenue climbing 54 percent to 54.2 million US dollars. This growth was driven in part by tokenized equity trading, which reached 25.6 billion US dollars compared to 2.4 billion US dollars in the previous quarter. The expansion of the BNB Agent Studio, which added tools for payments, earnings, and wallet security, also contributed to the ecosystem's development.
