BNB Standard Corporation rebrands from CEA Industries

CEA Industries has officially rebranded to BNB Standard Corporation following an advisory community vote on X. The Nasdaq-listed company will retain its BNC ticker symbol on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The name change, which took effect on September 29, 2026, follows a five-day poll where the “BNB Standard” option secured approximately 47% of the 5,799 advisory votes cast.

The company has pivoted from controlled environment agriculture toward building a massive crypto treasury. As of July 31, 2026, the firm held 515,544 BNB tokens, valued at approximately $302.3 million. This accumulation strategy was supported by a $500 million private placement executed in 2025.

Interim President Alex Odagiu stated that the new name is intended to serve as a “benchmark for how a public company manages a BNB treasury, with discipline and transparency.” Board Chair Carly E. Howard noted that the rebranding reflects the company’s current identity. While the name and visual identity are changing, existing share certificates and CUSIP numbers remain valid, and no action is required from shareholders.
