BNI launches wondrZ savings service for children and teenagers

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, known as BNI, has launched wondrZ, a savings service specifically designed for children and teenagers to encourage early financial management. The product was introduced during the BNI wondrX 2026 event at ICE BSD as part of the bank's 80th anniversary celebrations.

wondrZ features three primary functions: allowing parents to open and manage savings accounts in the child's name, enabling children aged 12 and older to perform digital transactions independently via their own wondr accounts, and providing parents with tools to monitor balances and transaction histories.

To open an account, parents must provide documentation such as a Family Card (KK) or a Child Identity Card (KIA). The initiative aims to build healthy financial habits and improve financial literacy among the younger generation.
