BNI mobilizes 300 billion FCFA for Côte d’Ivoire coffee-cocoa campaign
The Banque Nationale d’Investissement (BNI) has announced the mobilization of 300 billion FCFA to support the 2026-2027 coffee-cocoa marketing campaign in Côte d’Ivoire. This funding represents a 6% increase compared to the 284 billion FCFA allocated during the previous campaign.
Announced by Director General Youssouf Fadiga in Abidjan, the funds are intended to support various segments of the value chain. Key areas of investment include covering cash flow needs, purchasing agricultural inputs, acquiring modern equipment to improve productivity, and developing drying and storage infrastructure. The bank also aims to support sustainable agriculture and certification efforts to enhance the international competitiveness of Ivorian products.
In addition to direct financing, BNI is offering specialized banking solutions such as BNIOnline for remote services, leasing for machinery and vehicles, and Creallia, a digitalized factoring solution designed for SMEs.
