BNP Paribas Real Estate announces Advisory leadership changes

BNP Paribas Real Estate has announced governance changes within its Advisory division as part of a pan-European growth strategy. The restructuring aims to strengthen the business line across Europe by fostering closer collaboration between markets and supporting sustained growth in areas such as capital markets, leasing, valuations, and market research.

Laurent Boucher, Deputy CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate responsible for Advisory in Europe and CEO of Advisory France, will retire on December 31, 2026. To ensure a smooth transition, Boucher will continue to support the company in his current roles until his retirement date.

Effective September 15, Marcus Zorn has been appointed CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory. Zorn will maintain his existing positions as a member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Executive Board and as CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Germany. His appointment is intended to build upon the development of a pan-European advisory platform.
